ME C180: Introduction to the Finite Element Method
Covering the theory and practice involved in an incredibly applicable engineering skill, this class served me up a slice of humble pie here at Berkeley: my first B.

Biot, Nusselt, Prandtl, Rayleigh, Grashof, and Reynolds? So many names you forget this is an Engineering class rather than The History of Notable Scientists.

My first true taste of higher-level EE. Gone are the concepts of voltage, current, and resistance. Summations, complex exponentials, and an individual named Fourier reign supreme here. Math rules EE.

UGBA 100: Business Communication
“What’s a not-gay way to ask him to go golfing with me?” – Ron Swanson (kinda). But seriously though, this course covered some surprisingly interesting scenarios that I certainly expect to show up in my career.

UGBA 102B: Managerial Accounting
Balance sheets and income statements are back! But hold on, we’re allowed to do whatever we wish now? Say less! – a future tax evader at some point probably.
