Picture this: you wake up in the morning after hitting the snooze button twice. You’re still feeling sluggish but you need to bounce lest your manager berate you for tardiness again. You load a k-pod into your Keurig and 3 raw eggs into your Eggspresso which takes you 30 seconds tops. For the next 3 minutes you frantically get dressed and brush your teeth. You come back into the kitchen to a hot coffee and scrambled eggs which you wolf down. You think nothing of it. This is how you’ve always started your weekday mornings. You’re out the door just 10 minutes after you woke up with a belly full of fresh food and caffeine.
